Wine Lover Brewer Ikoma's memorable first work is Fake Lager with wine leaves.
The color is a light gold with a slight haze and the body is light. There is no hop bitterness, and the mouthfeel is very clean, thanks in part to the characteristics of the Kveik yeast. The wine is accented with wine leaf acidity and astringency, and has aromas and flavors reminiscent of white wine.
