The first attempt at the Dortmunder style, which uses an extremely low amount of hops. This beer is a commemorative beer for the 8th anniversary of the directly managed Ale Ale Gif, giving shape to the idea of "Let's make Dortmunder someday.
Light-medium in color with a clear, dark gold color and a light-medium body, the four malts give this beer an impressive, mellow malt character with hints of honey, nuts, and biscuit. The slight lemony character from the Lorien hop is also pleasant.
This is the first time for the ideal Dortmunder to be made, and it is a true success.
