The second stage of our 10th anniversary beer. A Bergen Wheat with a large amount of fresh lemongrass, conceived by the brewery's female staff.
It has a very bright and oozy yellow color with a light-medium body. In addition to the typical Bergevin Wheat aroma, it has a floral and herbal aroma with fresh lemon-like citrus notes. The acidity and lemongrass citrus flavor on the palate and the moderate bitterness from the hops combine with the light mouthfeel to produce a highly drinkable beer.
