Citra & Mosaic, IPAs that allow you to enjoy the different characters of each hop at different times.
Gold in color with medium body, the top notes are intense grapefruit, lemon and lime citrus. The palate is juicy and bittersweet, as if you are tucking into fresh citrus. Yet the aftertaste is tropical, reminiscent of blueberry, tangerine, and papaya. For a moment, one might think that the wine was going to be all citra, but then it turned into a mosaic, as if it was going to be all citra. It is like a basketball feint "double clutch" in the air.
